CLOVERFIELD: Reeves teases about Easter Eggs
I was doing a phone interview last night and I was asked what an “Easter Egg” is. I actually had to stop for a moment - the realization that there are still people in the world who are unfamiliar with Easter Eggs was a bit startling for me. But then again, not everyone has been immersed in Bad Robotland for the past five years like I have. Weird.
Oh, I am posting this to share this piece from SciFiWire with Matt Reeves. The question is - am I more amused that Reeves was so coy about the Easter Eggs that CLOVERFIELD fans have been picking apart on the internet…or by the thought that the interviewer actually thought he would get a straight answer? Hmmm…
***SPOILER WARNING!!!*** — There is mention of specific scenes from the movie in this article.

I have found it is getting more and more difficult to tell people what an Easter Egg is because I take it for granted….however when I get done telling them all about it…they usually don’t even care.

At least the EE are there for me!!
