FINALLY, I can make the announcement that I have been dying to make since…February
Thanks to the insane awesomeness that is JJ, Burky and Bad Robot - FRINGE fans now have a place to interact with each other AND with members of the Creative Team AND (hopefully) actors from the show. That place is FRINGE DIVISION — the Offical Site for the Creative Team Behind FRINGE and it is sponsored by J.J. Abrams.
For anyone who is familiar with The Fuselage site that was made for LOST - FRINGE DIVISION should look and feel very familiar to you. It is designed and run by the same duo who made the Fuse: Karri and Artie. In fact - if you are registered on the threaded board of The Fuselage, your registration carries over to FRINGE DIVISION - just login with the same User Name and Password.
The site has been up for a couple of weeks while we have been working the bugs out, but it is a fully operational battlestation so feel free to go give it a spin. My buddy Rick (aka J.R. Orci, one of those writer/producer guys for FRINGE) has already been breaking in his Q&A forum on the threaded board, and a few more VIPs should start appearing over the next couple of weeks. You may notice that I have one of those pretty colored fonts over there - that is because I am a Co-Admin for the site. Feel free to stop by and say howdy

For those of you who didn’t already know, I have spent the better part of the past nine months co-writing a book about the LOST fandom with blogger extraordinaire DocArzt. The book is called “LOST Ate My Life!” and as of TODAY it is available for pre-order on Amazon!! w00t! Click on the piccie below or in the sidebar to check it out:
If you want a more detailed description of the book, you can find it HERE on our publisher’s site.
The support I have had during the writing of this book has been EPIC. Whether it was agreeing to interviews (Bryan, Gregg, William, Javi), writing the foreword (Javi), joining my fanclub (MONGERS), listening to my rants and/or holding me up as I was falling down (Bryan, Javi, Gregg, Rick, Denise and the rest of the Mongers) - I can’t imagine going through this without any of these people. I hope everyone will be pleased with the results.
The book is due to be published November 1, 2008. If you are REALLY curious as to how this whole thing came about and how I have dealt with the highs and lows - go check out my author’s blog: Fandom Life.

Photo property of FOX, Warner Bros. and Bad Robot
First off, I want to direct y’all to a blog that will be THE place to find out anything and everything about FRINGE. As much as I’d like to say RIGHT HERE, there is just no way that I will have the time. So, for all your FRINGE obsession needs, be sure to bookmark or grab the feed for the following blog:
http://fringetv.blogspot.com
It is being run by this nice guy named Edward, who in the past couple of months has started that blog, a forum, a Facebook group, a Wiki and even a Flickr account for FRINGE fans. He is made of AWESOME.
From FOX, we have a few new links as well:
Official FOX Site — Though they misspelled Bob Orci’s name - UGH - it’s ROBERTO…not ‘Romberto.’ It’s fixed now
Programming Information — Which for now has a breakdown of the characters, actors and premise for the show. Go check it out.
But the BESTEST thing to pop up yesterday for FRINGE were these two sneak peeks - SQUEE!
The premiere date is now in the sidebar. FRINGE will air Tuesday nights on FOX at 9/8 Central, following HOUSE.

According to a message from JJ that Harry Knowles at AICN received, those Ethan Haas sites DO NOT have anything to do with the “Cloverfield” movie. The only site that he affirms as being legit is the www.1-18-08.com site mentioned here previously.
Stay tuned…

Another photo has been added to the www.1-18-08.com “Cloverfield” site. I haven’t been able to get the two photos to reveal anything, though it is possible to click and drag the photos around the page. Anyone have any luck getting the site to do anything more than that yet?
Opening the comments up for this one.

This ain’t your daddy’s marketing campaign.
First off — I HAVE NO INSIDER KNOWLEDGE REGARDING THIS MOVIE. I’m just playing along like the rest of you, while being taunted mercilessly by people who DO know.
Here are some sites that we have been led to believe are part of the viral marketing campaign:

Good hunting.

The best part about coming up with a fragment of a theory is to find someone else in the LOST fandom who has come up with the same theory…and already fleshed it out for you. Again, I warn you — DO NOT SCROLL DOWN IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN LAST NIGHT’S FINALE OF LOST!!!

Okay, I was examining a screencap of the newspaper clipping that Jack had — the only clue we have to who was “in the box” (so to speak). After doing some web searches, I started to lean towards the name Jeremy Bentham. Why him? Well, he was a philosopher at the time of John Locke — which could make him a NEW as-yet-unmet character…OR it could be an alias used by John Locke in the future.
I popped over to Lostpedia to see if I was alone in this theory, and VOILA!!! I found a fantastic breakdown of not only my Jeremy Bentham theory, but a whole list of theories of “Who is in the coffin?”. Very much worth the read, and that whole page of theories related to TtLG will break your brain. If you are into theories, you must go there FIRST.

One of my favorite sites for entertainment industry information and articles is Zap2it. When I was clicking around on the site a few days ago, I discovered their television blog called From Inside the Box. They cover a bunch of shows, including LOST — so CHECK IT OUT.
They were even nice enough to include EPM on their Other TV Blogs list. They pimp me, I pimp them. See how that works?

Thought I’d open up a MySpace for the Evil Puppet Masters, since I decided to take the pain-in-the-butt Bulletin Board down. Here is the address: www.myspace.com/evil_puppet_masters
So RUN…don’t walk…and friend us! I’ll be making some blog entries there as well

For a while there, I thought maybe Damon had forgotten the site address, but lo and behold…all the mind ’splodey on The Fuselage’s Linear Board last night brought out the pretty green-colored font. Seriously, Nomad…don’t be a stranger!
Here’s a snippet of his posts (for the full messages, go to The Fuse):
TheNomad says:

Fuselagers!!!
….
This was an ep I am particularly proud of —
One that reps all the stuff on LOST that
makes it what it is… Faith, Destiny, Free
Will…
And lots and lots of DESMOND.
Big shout outs to Drew Goddard (a true
genius) and Henry Ian Cusick, who is nothing
short of astonishing.
….
Big Hugs,
Damon
His second post is actually spoilery, so I’m putting the SPOILER bit behind the cut:
