Missing your Dr. Jack? Needing a Foxy Fix? Well, you’re in luck — you can see him on Saturday Night Live this Saturday night (Dec. 2nd).
Looks like JJ is dusting off his television director’s chair, but not for an episode of Lost or one of his other Bad Robot shows. Nope, he’s going to be directing an episode of The Office, according to Daily Variety. If the rumor is true, the episode will be shot in January.
I’m trying to wrap my mind around this — I have no doubt that JJ can do it. He’s a frellin’ genius and his directorial instincts are fantastic. I’m just trying to imagine how he is going to manage to fit a car crash and a mysterious box into a half-hour sitcom ![]()
Knowing how much money is riding on the “Transformers” movie that they penned, and knowing how intense that fandom is, Alex Kurtzman and Bob Orci harked back to their television days and put together a group of fellow writers and industry constituents to look over their screenplay, the last draft before shooting begins.
Seeing how diligent Bob & Alex are with regards to the Transformers’ story and fandom, the Trekkies should breathe a bit easier knowing that those guys will handle the 11th Star Trek movie with equal, if not more, diligence.
I’m TEASING. It looks like the fellas over at IGN have been a bit bored. They sat down to look at the “Top 50 Lost Loose Ends”. I have to admit — I didn’t even read through the list. I don’t need that kind of frustation this close to the holidays. But some of you may be a bit more mascochistic ![]()
I guess there was enough of an uproar over the pulling of Justice that FOX decided to air the remaining episodes in its 8 p.m. on Friday slots for the month of December, replacing the remaining Vanished episodes (which will now air online only).

So get your SpyDaddy while you can.
ZOMG! I want want want WANT THIS!!!
On November 21st, we can all get our very own Rambaldi Box containing Seasons 1 through 5 of Alias. If you wonder whether or not it’s worth it, check out IGN’s review of the entire series and this collection.
The UK Metro site has a “60-second interview” with Jorge up. Season 3 starts tonight on Sky One.
We actually WILL be getting new Lost between now and February — but only in 30 second clips:
ABC will air Lost Moments, mini previews of the new full-length Lost episodes which will premiere next February. Starting today, the :30 Lost Moments vignettes will air randomly during the new drama Day Break. Each of the twelve segments will contain new footage of future episodes. After airing in Day Break, the Lost Moments will be available on ABC.com. All six episodes from season three will remain at ABC.com for free viewing until the second half begins in February.

That bold line is what I had not heard until I read this. For those who would rather not invest in another TV show right now, it looks like we don’t HAVE to ![]()
I don’t know why it took Kristin so long to put up these questions and answers that were asked when Bryan Burk and Jorge Garcia were in New York a week ago. Anyway, here are the questions that were asked — click the link to get the answers
1. Will the Penny and Desmond storyline return?
2. What about those Portugese-speaking guys?
3. Will we see another Hurley flashback?
4. The Others — are they good or evil?
5. What about those numbers?
In the tradition of Lost, most of the answers are vague, but c’mon — it’s Burky and Jorge! So you know they are entertaining either way.
According to this tidbit from UPI, Lost fans should expect a great googly-moogly plot twist when the series returns in February. Something that The Nomad calls a “game changer.”
I’m skert.
Listen to us pontificate about the “Fall Finale” of Lost, plus some news items related to Six Degrees and What about Brian, and Listener Questions!
According to The Hollywood Reporter, What About Brian has been picked up for full season, with an order for the back 9 scripts. FANTASTIC news!
Sad news for SpyDaddy fans though — the same article indicates that Victor Garber’s show Justice has been cancelled.
The Associated Press has put up their video recap of “I Do.”
There is some crazy chick with glasses who throws in her buck-fifty regarding the “Fall Finale” of Lost.
Oh wait…that’s me ![]()
Here are my notes on last night’s “Fall Finale” for Lost. Feel free to comment and add things I may have missed
So, what answers did we get? Not a lot really, but is that a bad thing? We know that the tumor IS Ben’s (there was speculation that it was part of the ruse) and that there is someone named “Jacob” who seems to have made a list that Jack was NOT on. Ben’s premonition-type comment — “Whatever happens, it’s going to change everything.” Jack agrees. Kate and Sawyer can be controlled by threatening the other, but Jack has his own power over The Others now. Also, we have true hope that Kate (at least), and possibly Sawyer, will make it off Bencatraz — and that Locke is going to head North and SEE Bencatraz.
